At Bronté Hats - the official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all official tags and packaging intact.

Pack Your Hat Carefully

Place the hat back in its original protective box to ensure it maintains its shape and quality during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid return label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
