What is the standard shipping time for international orders?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. International delivery times vary by location but generally take between 3 to 7 business days via our premium courier partners.

Can I pack my Bronté hat in a suitcase for travel?

Many of our styles, particularly those in the 'Rollable' or 'Packable' collections, are designed for travel. However, we recommend stuffing the crown with soft clothing to maintain the shape of structured felt or straw hats during transit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all Bronté tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Are Bronté hats water-resistant?

While our high-quality wool felt and certain treated materials offer light water resistance, we do not recommend wearing your hat in heavy rain as it may affect the shape and texture of the natural fibers.
